3. Ship the Return: Send the item to the address provided in our return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a few days.

Damaged or Defective Items

Non-Returnable Items

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

We do not offer refunds if an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided. Ensure all address details are accurate at the time of ordering. Orders sent to an incorrect address due to customer error cannot be refunded.
